Pop goes.. my shoulder..
September 2, 2005Its almost 1pm and we just got the cake guys, thank you!
We had to shake it and stomp on it…. You just dont accept boxes here..
too bad it got a bit shmooshed… or alot smooshed…
Last night, we got “trapped” and ended up walking in the levaya / reburial of the gush gatif people that got reburied in har hazeisim. They wouldnt let us leave the old city, so we parked in Eir David for an hour. SO instead of waiting in the car, we walked with them for a few minutes. A few thousand people walking.. some silent, others talking quietly….
In our process of getting a drivers license, we had to get an eye and health test.
The health test consisted of a guy saying… “Ein baya’? ,,,,, check…. LO…
SO, I guess Im Not pregnant or sane.
I had no idea what I was checking off.
If I dont get a license it may be because I had a lobotomy or lord knows what..
The football game was alot of fun, until I caught someones elbow on my shoulder ( don;t tell my mother)..
So I played with one arm that couldn’t be lifted… I still scored 4 times… the guy taking me wasn’t that keen on playing defense.the Scores came on broken plays.. so cant take alot of credit…
Ari Shapiro and Andre Issacson, Milty’s son in law played.
I sent regard from you, Korn.
It was nice getting back into it.. We hope to get guys to play every week and maybe play in the football league in jerusalem. I think we’re going to need at least a few subs…
The field we used had Mud, Soft spots, Hills, Ditches… Made the YI park look like giants stadium.
well, I’m going to end off now. We’re taking the boys to the nes harim pool, Boys hours today.
By the way, can you find my father in law a new shul? He bought a white serugi kippa yesterday.. His days at the agudah of Staten Island are numbered, unfortunately.
My brother Yossi was the first to locate Nahal El al.. Its near the kinneret. Thank you to Korn and Daniel Friedman for responding.Apparently, its a well known river for the Israelis.
When you’re here you have to “network” and find about the places that the israelis know about… Places to tour, to buy meat, get cars…etc.
Gut Shabbos!
