Not talking about me… talking about the wind… 2 days of wind storms. ITs been really windy..
HOW WINDY IS IT?
windy enough to knock over the basketball backboard / pole. Its been cloudy today, but very little rain has fallen and its becoming more of a concern as each dry day passes.
I Had 2 experiences that can tell you about Israel.
The first one would be these huge bumps in the road. It looks like manhole covers that protrude 6 inches from the ground that would totally mess up your car… so instead of fixing it…. it has been painted red. Hey, don’t like it… its red.. just avoid it. Love the logic.
The second would be the ISP situation here. I was getting poor reception with the voice IP phone so I wanted to upgrade to a better plan. All you have to do it mention… well… I was looking at another company.. and their attitude goes from ” well, it looks fine…. shouldn’t be any trouble… ” to “hmmm, well, we could DOUBLE the speed… ” so for 10 shekel more, the speed is now alot higher… this should do the trick.
